20 mph wind was coming in from the right. decided on a full 9 iron with the hope of keeping it low. flushed it heading straight for the pin, hit the green once and in she went.
Having taken up golf just a couple of months ago, a hole on one was never on the cards. I just tried my best to hit the green and the ball did the rest of the work!

6 iron down wind on bank holiday Monday landed just short and just rolled and rolled and fell in. Finished 4-1-4 four under for the last 3 holes

Hi My name is Richard, I recently scored a hole in 1 which came as a complete surprise as my golfing skills on that eventful day were very poor to say the least. I’d like to thank H1 club in association with HowDidiDo for this wonderful gift.
This was my 5th hole in one! But this one was during the 1st round of the club championship at the st andrews golf club on the eden course at the 10th hole, from 178 yards with my 8iron! i have had hole in ones now with my Driver, 3wood, 5iron, 8iron and gap wedge

Inbetween a good shot and a thinned shot tbh.
On the second hole I used a pitching wedge and it landed 6 yards in front of the hole and bounced in. People on the 15th and 17th hole saw it bounce into the hole.
I hit my 52 degree wedge just short of the green, it took a hop forward onto a bank and rolled left down the slope on the green and in to the hole.
Took a six iron on a breezy day. As soon as I hit the ball I said "I like that" and in it went.

went to the first tee took out my 8 iron hit it nice and sweet landed on the green and rolled straight in and all the guys around clapped and shouted
