it was a par 3 wind against struck the ball sweet and the ball went as straight to the pin

??

playing golf for 10 years never had a hole in 1 but have had 2 in the last year

My second hole in 1. Previously in 1994 at Cottesmore GC in Horsham, West Sussex.

Ground

Playing along side my son Matthew and good friend Tam Martin , Tam miss the green then my son hit it to two feet , I managed to hit the green with it rolling towards Matthew's ball , just missing his ball it rolled past into the hole , all etiquette was lost as we were heard all over the course .

It was a high 6 iron hit with a touch of draw, uphill and against the wind to a centre pin. We knew it was good but couldn't see it finish. As we approached the green there was no sign of a ball. Was it through the back or in the hole? As I got a few paces away I could see it nestling behind the pin for my first ever hole in 1.

First ever HIO in 50 years. Eight iron, never left the pin, one bounce and rolled up to the pin and dropped

6 iron with a touch of draw.

did play well on the day but that hole in one on the 10th just made my day

best 8 iron my playing partners had ever seen

wedge to front pin. 1 bounce and in.

very happy after all these years to finally get a hole in 1 Thanks for the kind gesture of the hole in 1 watch

Started playing golf in 2007, member of Boston GC since approx 2008, this was my first hole in one.

First ever hole in one and what a great feeling seeing the ball drop in!

Best 9 iron I hit in my life, one bounce and in. The sun even shines on a dogs ass some days. Thank you

Lovely crisp 6 iron during our Spring Trophy white tee medal. My 1st ever hole in 1. We had a great view of the shot as the tee box is slightly elevated.

Was the best strike I hit all day.

Visibility wasn’t great due to the weather, so I pulled out an 8 iron clipping it to the green. Lost sight of the ball and heard this almighty thud! The ball flew straight into the hole with no bounce. Slam Dunk!!!

playing in the monthly medal with captain elect and Glyn andrews

Unfortunately the 13th green isn't visible from the tee box so I could only see 1 hop before the ball disappeared. Because of this it was more a surprise than a moment of extacy but no less brilliant!

Off the tee with 6 iron, two bounces and into the hole.
