Took a 9 Iron to a yellow flag which I knew was at the bottom of the slope on a 2 tier green. I cleared the front bunker and played for the slope to get some where near. I heard some cheers from the club balcony to realise I had got a hole in one.
Played in a 36 hole scratch tournament, pw from 154 yards in the 1st round, ball checked up and went in the hole. 2nd round same hole, hit the pin with the same ball and club, only one hole in one
I chose a 9 metal club which I struck off the tee, decent golf shot which was slightly left of the green and landed off the green-side edge of the left bunker, the ball landed softly and rolled down towards the pin and dropped perfectly into the hole - my unique moment and only H1 in 25 year playing career
It was in a club major competition
Hole was playing 203 yards into a slight breeze. Played a 4 iron which covered the flag, landing about 200, bounced slightly to the right and disappeared. Fortunately when we got to the green it had disappeared into the hole!
Good weather conditions, 3/4 4-fairway metal, over water, to centre of green, ball rolls up slope to enter hole at left edge of the cup.
Played golf as a club member with a handicap since 2016. First ever hole in one.
I took a 4 iron on Scarborough North Cliff long par three 15th. It hit the front of the green and released straight into the hole. High fives all round
Recorded a hole in one in a vets monthly medal including the captains prize.
I scored a hole in one on the 12th hole at Lochmaben Golf Course on 27/6/21.
caught it beautifully.. knew it had a chance.. some fellas behind the green celebrated .. amazing feeling
I hit a driver, it landed front of the green and rolled up to the flag and dropped in. They heard me celebrating from the clubhouse!
Well struck 5 Iron aimed slightly left as the green slopes down. pin centre back of green, pitched where I wanted it, thought it would be close but then it dropped in.
par 3 164 years 7 iron bounced front of the green and rolled up into the hole
A nice par 3 over water, pin front right, I hit a nice pw ,one bounce and a 5 foot roll straight into the hole, happy days
