Following a lesson from our pro Steve Doran I played well & so pleased he saw me get the hole in 1!
8 iron off the back winter tees
Beautiful spring day, great company March medal white tees. Average golf and then the the 13th hole. Wind behind level for 150yds then a slope down to the green, the flag at the back. 7 iron selected, nice strike good looking line and then the ball rolling to the pin and in. High fives!
Hit a 8 iron it took one bounce into the hole.

My first hole in one in my first competition at Rotherham Golf Club
On the 13th hole at Middleton Hall Golf Course I hit a 7 iron that first bounced about 10 feet to the left of the pin and then the golf ball side spun straight into the hole.

this my first hole in one was really chuffed
I was not playing very well as my head was elsewhere thinking of my poorly father when I decided to take a nine iron to the uphill Par 3 11th at Foxton. The pitch mark was approximately 8 feet from pin and the rest is history.
I hit a lovely 7 iron into the windy with a bit of fade, it bounced on the green and headed towards the hole..i didn't see the ball go in due to the green..couldn't see my ball when I walked up to the green, checked the hole and couldn't believe it being in there..my 1st hole in 1
This was my 3rd Hole in one , but my first at my own club course , and my first in a club competition

Took my 4 wood. It hit the pin and that was the last I saw of it until I got to the green and found it was in the hole..

I took a 6 recovery club with a fade and it hit centre left and rolled up to the pin via a sharp incline and rested against the pin.
