I played with Sue and Deirdre. Cool, breezy day. The green slopes down from the right. My drive went to the right of the green and on the bounce turned left and tracked the hole all the way across the green before going plop into the hole. the 3 of us jumoed uo and down in the air. As we set of to the green Deirdre realised in the excitement she had forgotten to tee off.

Playing in the Muckhart Seniors Yellow Tee on Monday 16 August I was playing the 4th hole on the Arndean Course with two fellow Seniors when I recorded my 2nd HIO in 3 years. I used a 7 iron to cover the 165 yards to the green but did not see it go in as the green is slightly elevated from the tee. As we approach the green we could see the top of the ball in the cup which fortunately happened to be mine. One of my playing partners happened to see my first HIO 3 years ago so I’ll think I’ll play with him more often as he seems to be my lucky mascot.

I was playing in the Sue Philippon monthly stableford competition with Lady Captain. wasnt sure if the ball had gonein the hole or run off the back of the green. excited to find it in the hole

A great shot in an otherwise poor round! 7 iron pitched just in front of the green, bounced on then tracked all the way to the pin back right. My playing partners and I watched it all the way in.

My first ever hole in one came at the third hole in the Super Vets Trophy. Thrilled to achieve an ambition and I really feel like a Super Vet now!

playing our club championship, took driver off the whites aimed for the middle of the fairway and gave it the best cleanest strike I can remember. I thought to myself that's edge of the green and moved to pick up my tee. my playing partners said it has rolled onto the green towards the hole. one of them stated it had gone in. I didnt believe them as we made our way to the green I couldn't see my ball. convinced it was in the right hand side bunker, I started to look for it. one of my partners said to check the hole and there it was unbelievably! I then lost the ball on the next hole!

Best 6 Iron I have ever hit

Pro V1X golf ball hit with a 9 Iron. slight draw to pin at back left of green. ball landed in the middle of the green and tracked all the way to the hole. There was much celebration on the tee box when the ball dropped into the hole.

I had my first hole in one on a windless day, hitting a high nine iron my ball landed on the front of the green and released 10 feet to the hole and incredibly sank

My 3rd career hole in one and my second at the 12th on Glasgow Gailes, 9 years after the last one and 37 years after my first. All 3 holes in one with a 6 iron. Mizuno MP20 MMC. And most importantly it was a good shot which we saw land and roll out into the hole which is always a nice bonus.
