6 iron into a head wind
Best shot of the round on Lady Captains Day. Ball landed in the perfect spot to gently roll down towards the pin. Playing partner rushed over for double high fives and the celebration lasted all weekend. It only 22years!
Playing in the Ladies Club Championship Qualifier and Marie McRae Rose bowl competition with Joanne Cowan and Ladies' Captain Judy Lillico. I hit a driver on the par 3 6th hole, and watched it go straight towards the pin. Thinking I had probably hit it to the back half of the green I picked up my tee and descended the steps from the tee box. My playing partners shouted out that the ball had gone in and the three of us and the following group all cheered and clapped at my good fortune.

my first ever hole in one with one bounce and in the hole and it all went wild. what a feeling

I hit a 4 hybrid into a slight breeze, hole was 190 playing about 200. I hit it straight at the pin, one bounce on the green and then I saw it disappear. I still wasn’t sure until I got to the hole that it was actually in the hole!!!

6 Iron, landed 10ft and one bounce and in
the wind was against so more club than normal was needed. I decided on a 3 wood gripped low down the grip. a steady swing and the ball hit a yard before the green and followed the path straight into the hole.
8 iron to 8-10’ past the hole and the ball backspin into the hole

Played in monthly medal on Saturday 5th June 2021. Hit an 8 iron into par three. Approached green, knowing I hit a good shot, saw the ball nestled in the cup for my first ever hole in one!!!!!!

I have just bought a new set of clubs and this was the first competition I was using them in I hit a 9 iron sweet as a nut slight draw to the green where it landed an rolled into the hole whilst I was picking up my tee my playing partners shout made me aware something had happened.
