Here we are celebrating the amazing sporting achievements of our members. Have a scroll through our gallery of international golfers who have scored the elusive ‘One’ on their card.

Hadn’t been playing well. No score on the 10th. Slight back wind on the blind 11th tee, can only see the top of the flag pole, no view of the green at all. Took 9 iron, a good hit, thought had gone long. Spent 2 mins looking around the green and in the water on the green. No luck! Walking back across green to trolley and just glanced in the hole as I went past! There’s my ball!!!! 1st hole in one and on Lady Captains Day too!

Did not see it go in group standing on next tee did

I have recently joined this club and was playing a round with Dave Wright, Roy White and Ian Benson in the par bogey white tees/red tees La competition. On the third hole I hit the ball from the tee. As i picked up my tee and the lads started cheering. To my surprise i had got a hole in one.

8 iron into wind. Thought the ball was close to pin but not appearing on green. Looked through green. Playing partner looked in hole and called me over. First ever hole in one after 40 years of golf.
